A Southern restaurant in a Victorian house in the historic French Quarter of Charleston, South Carolina, built in 1891 and serving diners since 1976. Named for a neighbourhood dog, it is one of the city's best-known haunted restaurants, with stories of a former resident called Zoe and of the dog, Poogan, said to linger.
