A clifftop restaurant on the San Mateo coast of California, opened in 1927 as the Prohibition speakeasy 'Frank's Place'. It is home to one of the state's most famous ghost stories, the 'Blue Lady', said to be a young woman who died on the beach below in the 1930s.
