The story

The Riordan Mansion was built in 1904 by brothers Timothy and Michael Riordan, Arizona timber barons who became pillars of Flagstaff society. The 13,000-square-foot Arts and Crafts-style duplex mansion is now a state historic park. Staff and visitors report seeing the figures of men in period clothing who match descriptions of Timothy and Michael Riordan, a woman believed to be one of their wives seen in the upstairs hallway, and unexplained cold spots throughout the home that move like a person walking.
